Under CASA regulations an airport undertaking construction activities is required to appoint Work Safety Officers (WSOs) to ensure compliance with airport operating regulations and to monitor and enforce safety and security measures.Wilco is able to provide WSO and Aerodrome Reporting Officer (AROs) services to Defence and Civil Aerodromes across Australia.  Bob Williams, Director has over 30 years’ experience on airfields both in Australia and overseas.

Our WSO and AROs possess:

• AUS ASIC
• Aerodrome Reporting & Work Safety Officer Certificates
• Radio Telephony Certificate of Proficiency
• General Induction Cards for the Construction Industry
• A vehicle that is aerodrome compliant.

WILCO staff are proficient in the Method of Working Plan (MOWP) process and are able to manage the operational aspects of the work, including:

• Complete NOTAM management
• Worksite Obstruction Marking & Lighting
• Site Specific Inductions
• Safety Briefings
• Daily Weather Briefings
• Incident Reporting
